Norma’s Edible Flowers and Herbs was created by Canadian composer Norma Beecroft as an offshoot of her 2 hobbies, gardening and cooking.

Her herbal and flower jellies, vinegars, dressings and unusual condiments are attractive to the discerning palate, and make wonderful hostess gifts and stocking stuffers.

All are free of additives and preservatives, and are made from organically grown plants in her garden.
