We carefully select the highest grades of the finest beans from each region, “cupping” each one to determine if it meets our strict standards.
After approval, the beans are then micro-roasted in small batches to carefully create the optimal flavour profile. This process enables us to carefully coax out the unique characteristic traits of each type of coffee.
