Felinity is a fitness facility that was created for women who are looking for interesting and fun forms of fitness in a safe and supportive environment.

The Felinity workout specializes in mind and body fitness. Using techniques from dance, yoga and pilates, the workout helps you discover YOUR OWN natural movement and appreciate your femininity.

The Felinity flagship studio provides women with the original Felinity workout, the Felinity Teacher Certification course, and a full boutique fitness centre. The fitness centre includes drop-in fitness classes, cardio machines, strength training machines and free weights.

As women continue to participate in the original series, as well as many of the other Felinity programs, we see them growing stronger, letting go, and literally falling in love with the way their bodies move.
