The Creative Heart Art classes inspire students to relax and create from within freely.
With emphasis on art as a meditation, which combines meditation and art instruction, the students realize their creative gifts and abilities in a setting that is non-judgmental.
They are encouraged to tap into their inner essence, the artist within as they create. Jackie, the teacher/artist, founder of the creative heart art classes, believes wholeheartedly that “everyone is creative” and that “the gift of creativity is within each of us waiting to unfold”.
The balance of both the technical and spiritual side of art is equally explored in these classes. In both drawing as a meditation and oil painting as a meditation classes, you learn the fundamentals of drawing and oil painting and are also guided through meditations and activities which help you to unlock your creativity.
