Biography
In his own words, Mr. Bytensky describes what makes him a top criminal defense lawyer. “To be an effective criminal lawyer requires an incredible amount of dedication, constant research and constantly monitoring case develops, legal developments. In order to do what we do well, requires a significant amount of effort and I can’t imagine that one could make that kind of commitment and represent their clients effectively if they had other areas of law apart from criminal law that they had to put that same kind of effort towards. I just simply don’t think there are enough hours in the day. I like to think that by virtue of being specialized I am able to dedicte more my own time than somebody who doesn’t specialize in criminal law in making sure than I am aware of everything that there is to know about being an effective criminal lawyer.”
