5 Elements is a unique organization dedicated to girls 6 - 16 who are looking for fun, friends and a fantastic experience.

It's an amazing place to discover about being a girl today and how to excel in all the important areas of their lives - friends, relationships, what to wear, how to act in different situations, how to deal with the roller coaster of emotions and yes, even how to cope with "mean girls".

The girls will explore topics from fashion and body image to relationships, peer pressure, setting goals and setting limits. Additionally, we use body movement, creative arts, film-making, photography and theatre as vehicles to self-discovery.

We believe the "right encouragement at the right time can be absolutely life changing".
